Eva began her university career by studying Comparative Literature at the University of Vienna (Austria). Soon afterwards, she decided that she was also interested in information and communication technology and she enrolled in the course Information and Communication Systems at the UAS Technikum Wien (Austria), which she completed with a bachelor's degree (2020).
Before assuming her current position at the University of Vienna, she gained her first experience in IT project management in the commercial sector.
In her role as an IT project manager at the University of Vienna she supervises projects independently and assists the senior project manager in coordinating and managing (inter-)national projects with focus on (research) data management. Furthermore, she coordinates projects and demands regarding the digital asset management system PHAIDRA, which is a repository for long-term data preservation in the scientific area and which was developed by the University of Vienna.
